This retreat is designed for a diverse group of people and addresses a variety of needs:
Whether you wish to address specific challenges or simply take a break from the fast-paced demands of everyday life, this retreat offers a personalized experience that nourishes mind, body, and soul alike.
If you are ready to design and live a life you truly love, join me on a journey to your inner self—a journey that reconnects you with your true essence, a place of calm and stillness, contentment and creativity, strength and peace.
The journey begins with a visit to Kaivalyadhama, a yoga and scientific research institute founded over 100 years ago, dedicated to integrating the tradition of yoga with modern science. Located in the serene and breathtaking Sahyadri mountain range of Lonavla in western India, you will experience the silence and beauty of nature.
During the 7 days at Kaivalyadhama, we will fully immerse ourselves in yoga practices, Ayurveda, and naturopathic therapies. We will be nourished by a specially designed Ayurvedic, holistic, and vegetarian diet, which is essential for initiating the transformation process.
We will spend the next four days on the beaches of Morjim, Goa, where we will integrate what we have learned in the ashram into daily life. Our stay will be at De Soul Santé in Morjim, a beachfront boutique resort that offers a seamless blend of well-being and leisure. Here, we will learn to harmonize both worlds—the inner world of calm and the outer world of excitement.
By the end of the retreat, you will not only have experienced a genuine inner transformation, but also gained the knowledge and skills to carry it into your everyday life. You will have the insight and tools needed to remain grounded in inner balance, without being unsettled by external influences.
The yoga intensive program begins with a personal medical consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor, who will assess your physical and emotional condition and recommend the appropriate therapeutic treatments.
We help you make yoga a way of life.

Ayurveda is a traditional system of healing based on the principles of the five elements of nature. It addresses lifestyle factors, diet, medicines, and environmental influences through its unique concepts of Dosha (body energies), Dhatu (tissues), and Mala (waste products).
Ayurvedic programs are designed around goals such as healing, detoxification, and rejuvenation, and often begin with internal oleation therapy, followed by one or more treatments. Common therapies include Abhyanga, Potali, Swedan, Shirodhara, Padyabhyanga, Nasya, Basti, Karnapuran, Netrabasti, Lepa, facial treatments, Hrudbasti, Katibasti, Manyabasti, and Sandhibandha.

At the Holistic Health Care Centre at Kaivalyadhama, naturopathic and yoga-based wellness solutions are offered in their purest and most practical form. A variety of therapies are available, all aimed at promoting health and reducing the recurrence of ailments. The treatments include naturopathic methods, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, diet therapy, and acupuncture. Programs are designed by physicians following a detailed assessment of each patient’s health condition.

The treatment protocol includes individually planned nutrition, stress management, yoga therapy, and lifestyle counseling for everyday life.
The daily routine follows fixed times for meals, practices, and consultations to align your internal clock for optimal functioning, while still allowing flexibility for therapies and personal time.
We will follow a sattvic diet, meaning a vegetarian diet based on the principles of Ayurveda, with an emphasis on pure, simple, and natural foods to support physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. The focus is on fresh, whole, and easily digestible foods, which are believed to carry high Prana energy (life force).
Key Features of
a Sattvic Diet:
You can travel to Mumbai, India, from several airports in Germany. Convenient flights with just one stopover are available from Düsseldorf, while direct flights depart from Frankfurt and Munich. Upon your arrival in Mumbai, a pick-up service to Kaivalyadhama will be provided.
German citizens need a visa and a valid passport to enter India. An Indian e-Visa is the most convenient option, as it can be applied for online and approved digitally.
How to apply for an e-Visa:
Online application: Visit the official Indian e-Visa website and complete the application form: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/
Upload documents: You will need to upload a scanned copy of your passport, a recent photograph, and any other required documents.
Pay the fee: Pay the applicable e-Visa fee online (typically between USD 25 and 80 for tourist e-Visas).
Receive your e-Visa: After approval, you will receive an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) by email. Print a copy and bring it with you.
Entry to India: Use the e-Visa to enter India via designated entry points (airports and seaports).
Our Dinacharya (daily routine) is a key part of your stay at Kaivalyadhama. It is designed based on the principles of Yoga, naturopathy, and Ayurveda to provide you with a holistic experience during your visit. From meals at set times to scheduled exercise sessions, as well as waking routines and evening discussions, everything is carefully planned to align your internal clock for optimal well-being. At the same time, it allows flexibility for you to enjoy your therapies and personal time at Kaivalyadhama.
